What You Need:

To be a successful Client Account Manager, you will need excellent communications, proven sales ability, and a commitment to providing world class service.

  • Minimum 4 years of client account management experience.
  • Experience in B2B customer service relations and account management.
  • Proven sales record, business acumen, and strong communications.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and follow-through skills.

Things You Will Do:

As a Client Account Manager, you will manage the full sales cycle, build opportunities, foster partnerships, and ensure excellent service and high-quality standards are met for clients.

  • Build strong client relationships through high service standards and regular meetings.
  • Generate business by identifying client opportunities, quoting solutions, and meeting sales goals.
  • Execute engagement activities such as campaigns, technology reviews, and IT solution adoption.
  • Coordinate communications for proposals, service requests, and billing with timely follow-up.
  • Stay current on industry knowledge through training, research, and professional workshops.
