Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator II is a key partner in supporting the talent acquisition team and ensuring a seamless, positive experience for candidates and hiring managers. This role manages the day-to-day coordination of the hiring process—including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and applicant tracking system updates—while ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Serving as the cornerstone of the TA team, the coordinator helps maintain organized, efficient, and candidate-centered recruiting practices.

Essential Functions

Description

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones and formats (phone, virtual, onsite).
  • Manage job postings and requisition closures on the company careers site and external job boards.
  • Collect and track interview feedback and coordinate debrief meetings to ensure timely hiring decisions.
  • Partner with People & Culture, IT, and other departments to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Host and support candidates during onsite visits, creating a welcoming and positive experience.
  • Screen applications and manage non-exempt requisitions as needed.
  • Support pre-employment processes, including background, reference, and MVR checks.
  • Provide coordination support for the annual KEENtern program. 
  • Oversee and refresh content on the company’s LinkedIn Life page to highlight culture.
  • Assist with recruiting events, job fairs, and campus recruiting initiatives.
  • Coordinate candidate travel arrangements and reimbursements, as applicable.
  • Prepare recruiting dashboards, status updates, and reports for leadership.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor's Degree or college coursework in Human Resources, business, or related field preferred
  • One (1) year of experience in an administrative role

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Previous experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative support preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), scheduling tools, and MS Office/Google Suite.
  • Collaborative team player with a focus on delivering excellent candidate, hiring manager and stakeholder experiences.

Travel Required: Minimal travel is required locally to job fairs.

Base Salary: $24.60 - $27.00/hr

This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position. The actual base salary will depend on numerous factors such as: experience, knowledge and skills, and location.
