We’re looking for a data-driven and creative Digital Marketing Manager to help accelerate brand growth and customer engagement across our portfolio of 155+ car wash locations for the MOJO Family of Brands and Mammoth Holdings. This role will oversee organic social media channels, manage websites, and deliver measurable results that drive traffic, car count, and awareness.
Key Responsibilities
Lead organic social media strategy and execution across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement
Manage content calendar optimized for each channel, including budgets, pacing and forecasting of social campaigns
Generate compelling and relevant copy and creative, managing campaigns tailored to platform and audience
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Excel and other analytics tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations
Maintain content governance across social media platforms and websites
Manage and optimize web content, landing pages and user journey through analytical insights, SEO trends and brand alignment
Own the implementation of the web analytics, partnering with development team resources to prioritize tasks and requests
Maintain up-to-date knowledge on emerging digital platforms, tools, and best practices to identify new opportunities
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on retail, multi-location businesses
Strong organizational and project management skills, with proven ability to manage complex workflows
Proficiency in Excel for tracking, reporting, and analysis
Strong copywriting and creative skills with the ability to adapt tone and style across channels
Deep technical knowledge of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Email, etc.), and functional skills with HTML, CSS, Schema, metadata, UX/UI, and site architecture
Proficient operator of analytics and content management tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, etc.
