MINDDRIVE is a nontraditional education program where students learn by building. High school students work with facilitators and mentors to design and construct electric race cars, convert classic cars to electric, weld, fly drones, and explore engineering through real-world projects. Our programs are hands-on, collaborative, and designed to spark belief in students who may not thrive in traditional classrooms. With a low student-to-facilitator ratio, our staff can focus on meaningful connections, deeper learning, and student growth.
Job Description:
Professionals who wants to step outside the boundaries of traditional education and bring math, science, and technical concepts to life through applied learning. This role blends classroom instruction, project facilitation, and after-school program coordination.

- Professionals seeking to give back by teaching the next generation how to innovate, make mistakes, and solve problems.
- Individuals who thrive in collaborative, hands-on environments and want to help students connect classroom concepts to meaningful applications.
At MINDDRIVE, staff also have the ability to learn new skills and gain experience in fabrication, welding, and electric vehicle design.
