The Associate Brand Manager, Enabling Technologies, plays a key role in driving innovation and commercial growth across Stryker’s Joint Replacement portfolio, with a strong focus on emerging technologies that enhance surgical performance – such as robotic-assisted solutions and digital ecosystems. This newly created role is part of a small, agile European team and supports the strategic direction, positioning, and execution of brand initiatives in line with global objectives. The position combines strategic contribution with hands-on implementation, enabling impactful launches, stronger customer engagement, and sustainable portfolio growth.
What you will do
Support the development and execution of the annual and long-term brand strategy for Enabling Technologies in alignment with global Joint Replacement objectives.
Contribute to product lifecycle management, including launches and phase-outs, and support pricing, positioning, and value messaging.
Create scalable marketing assets, tools, and campaigns that can be localized by regional and country teams.
Collaborate with Sales, Education, Clinical, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Regional Marketing to drive commercial growth and support demand planning.
Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, sales teams, and internal stakeholders across Europe.
Identify and deliver impactful customer engagement initiatives such as congresses, workshops, and hands-on education in collaboration with the Education Manager.
Monitor brand performance, customer perception, and market trends, and contribute to the development of annual marketing plans and data-driven decisions.
What are we looking for?
Required
Bachelor’s degree (e.g., Marketing, Business, Engineering, Life Sciences).
6+ years of professional experience, including significant exposure to medical devices or marketing/sales.
Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills with commercial acumen and the ability to transform clinical insights into value propositions.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time in a matrix environment.
Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluency in English.
Regular international travel required (~40%).
Preferred
Advanced degree – Master or MBA – is a plus.
Previous exposure to Enabling Technologies, digital surgery, robotics, navigation, or related MedTech innovation fields.
Experience working effectively in a matrix organization and influencing without direct authority.
Additional European languages are an advantage.
