Position Summary:

The EMEA Retail Education Training Manager is responsible for the development and execution of educational initiatives across the region. This role encompasses the creation of innovative training tools, the organization of impactful seminars, budget oversight, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management capabilities, a strategic mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while driving excellence in retail education aligned with brand objectives and an ability to deliver engaging and educational training.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Educational Content Development

  • Design and implement innovative training materials to enhance product knowledge and sales competencies among retail teams.
  • Ensure all educational content reflects and reinforces the brand’s values and strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate on development of specific retailer brand content
  • Collaborate with Global Brand holders on regional needs and manage global assets

Training Programs Management

  • Plan and deliver internal training programs, including brand Institutional sessions, onboarding, and product launch training for RHQ brand teams and training communities
  • Collaborate with local market Training Managers to adapt and implement regional training strategies that uphold brand standards and meet regional needs.
  • Collaboration on delivery of brand content at regional retailer events

Budget Oversight

  • Monitor and report to line manager ,on training-related expenditures to ensure alignment with budgetary targets and financial planning.

Performance Measurement

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs in EMEA education.
  • Provide regular performance reports and strategic insights from the region.

Strategic Contribution

  • Support the development of a comprehensive education strategy aimed at enhancing customer engagement and achieving business objectives.

Project Management

  • Lead and coordinate multiple education projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful execution.
  • Apply project management methodologies and tools to optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to brand communications, including newsletter content and monitoring of social trends in alignment with brand philosophy and ethics.
  • Manage education stock and tools along with global education asset and product forecasts

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Demonstrate capabilities and ability to inspire and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in budget management and reporting.
  • Willingness to travel across the EMEA region as required.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Proficiency in Windows (PPT, Excel, )
  • High level of creativity and pedagogical skill
  • Strong organizational capabilities
  • Minimum of 2yrs training experience
