Wage: $48,000 to $50,000
Hours: 40 Hours per week
Schedule: Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 5:00pm.
We are seeking a highly organized Account Coordinator to support our National Accounts team. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple priorities, and has strong technical skills in Excel to support reporting and analysis. You will play a key role in keeping projects running smoothly, ensuring accuracy in execution, and maintaining strong client and internal communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee merchandising programs to ensure on-time delivery and accurate execution.
- Communicate daily with clients, field teams, and internal stakeholders via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
- Review reports and follow up on store execution, addressing discrepancies where needed.
- Maintain and update reporting templates, trackers, and databases using Excel.
- Support the National Accounts Manager by alleviating day-to-day administrative and reporting tasks.
- Provide timely updates on program progress, challenges, and solutions.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Has 1–2 years of experience in retail, merchandising, or account coordination.
- Demonstrates strong multitasking and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure.
- Exhibits excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Utilizes advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups; VBA/macros an asset).
- Applies strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze and respond to data.
- Displays self-motivation, dependability, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Maintains familiarity with Canadian retail geography as an asset.
