Your Future Role


In Braunschweig, Alstom operates a service and maintenance center, where over 200 colleagues not only handle vehicle maintenance but also perform major overhauls of the vehicles. Our general management ensures that Alstom continues to grow and become more successful. You will be part of the Regional CNE leadership team and you will work alongside a dedicated and enthusiastic team. 


Take on a new challenge and apply your strategic leadership expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic, collaborative, and innovative teammates. You'll spearhead the delivery of our signalling project, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and driving continuous improvement. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across the business (such as Customer Directors, Business Development, and Operations), managing key stakeholder relationships, and oversee financial performance and site operations. You’ll specifically take care of building and implementing a strategic plan for sustainable business growth in Germany, but also act as the Legal Representative for the site.


We’ll look for you to:


•    Drive the delivery of projects and deploy global strategies and action plans.
•    Build and execute a strategic plan to secure profitable and sustainable growth within your business area.
•    Deliver financial performance and maintaining an effective management team.
•    Act as an Alstom representative at local level.
•    Ensure safety, security, and compliance with ethics, EHS regulations, and quality management systems.
•    Develop Alstom's image with key stakeholders and fostering site cohesion and constructive social relations.

•    Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
•    Extensive experience in site management, strategic planning, and operational execution.
•    Knowledge of financial performance management and workload strategies.
•    Familiarity with safety, security, and compliance frameworks.
•    A strong entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to think strategically.
•    Proven leadership skills with a high-energy, results-driven, and adaptable approach.
•    Excellent communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills.
•    Global and cultural awareness with an international mindset and language skills.
•    Fluent in German and English
