Where and how we work?

We currently have teams based in Malta, Lisbon (PT), Sofia (BG), London (UK) and Bucharest (RO). Our hybrid work model encourages regular in-person collaboration while also allowing flexibility to work remotely.


Long story short, you will

be responsible for leading complex, cross-functional projects from start to finish, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals. Acting as the main point of contact for stakeholders, the person will coordinate across teams, manage risks, and provide clear updates to ensure transparency and alignment.

All the responsibilities we will trust you with:

  • End-to-End Project Lead: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of large-scale initiatives, ensuring they align with business objectives and deliver measurable value.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with multiple departments, including engineering, operations, and leadership, to drive alignment and seamless execution.

  • Risk Management and Problem-Solving: Identify potential risks and roadblocks early, developing mitigation strategies and ensuring continuous progress towards project milestones.

  • Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Act as the central point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring transparency through clear reporting, structured updates, and regular check-ins.

  • Strategic Prioritization: Work closely with relevant stakeholders to collaboratively manage competing priorities across multiple initiatives, ensuring that resources are effectively allocated and project goals remain on track.

  • Process Optimization and Continuous Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in project execution and drive process improvements to enhance delivery effectiveness.


Your areas of knowledge and expertise:

  • Proven experience leading complex, multi-team projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, make data-driven decisions, and align project execution with business goals.

  • Strong ability to engage with stakeholders across different levels, from technical teams to senior leadership, translating project needs into actionable plans.

  • Track record of identifying, escalating, and resolving project risks proactively.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and the ability to tailor processes based on project requirements.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.

  • Ability to work autonomously, taking ownership of tasks and driving them to completion with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate is adept at navigating ambiguity, proactively mitigating risks, and coordinating across diverse stakeholders to maintain momentum and clarity in execution. This role requires a proactive and structured approach, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on problem-solving to drive successful project outcomes.
