- Astorg is currently investing Astorg VIII (€4.4bn; upper mid-market LBO fund) and the Mid-Cap Fund (€1.3bn; mid-market LBO fund) that focus on the Astorg strategy of investing in international B2B leaders across key sub-sectors within healthcare, technology, and business services
- Astorg’s Investor Relations team consists of six professionals based in London, four in Paris, and one in Luxembourg, and we are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking intern to join the team in London
- Investor Relations is the ongoing communication between Limited Partners (investors) and Private Equity firms with regards to active capital raising processes, portfolio monitoring and market landscaping exercises

Key Responsibilities
- As part of our team, you will take part in all aspects of the ongoing investor relations processes (fundraising, CRM management, investor due diligence, RFIs, co-investments, portfolio monitoring, LP communications, etc.)
- Ideal candidates will have a high attention to detail and approach all interactions, both internal (within the Firm) and external (with existing and prospective investors) with professionalism and maturity
- Our interns have responsibility for several workstreams including managing and tracking investor communications, attending external investor meetings with senior IR team members, developing strategic investor engagement plans (roadshows, webinars, etc.) and preparing key LP documents
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Relevant degree with strong academic track record
- Previous experience in financial sector, or specifically Private Equity, is helpful but not mandatory
- Fluent English speaker
- True team player – willing to work independently with good interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills – good verbal reasoning and problem-solving abilities
- Responsible and professional mannerisms – able to manage deadlines and workload effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
