Long Cove Club is currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Facilities Maintenance Technician. As a Facilities Maintenance Technician at Long Cove Club, you will play a crucial role in conducting general facility maintenance, including tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting. Your efforts will contribute to maintaining the Clubhouse and amenities, ensuring a secure and comfortable environment for our members, guests, and team members.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general facility maintenance, covering plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
- Operate power tools such as pressure washers, saws, drills, paint sprayers, nail guns, etc.
- Assist in scheduled and seasonal preventative maintenance.
- Assist in the construction or modification of small structures and repairs to buildings, roofs, and floors.
- Assist in the installation or repair of drywall, preparing surfaces for finishing and painting.
- Assist in preventative maintenance on secondary air handling and temperature systems.
- Maintain clean and orderly working conditions at designated work locations and throughout the entire Club.
- Respond to all emergencies and alarms when on duty or in an on-call status.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to juggle and prioritize multiple, competing tasks and demands.
- Must be a self-starter with a proven ability to work independently.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule during peak periods.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of two years of experience in a maintenance position is preferred.
- Possess a valid US driver's license and insurability for driving.
