Assists the head coach with program development, practice and game planning, and athlete development, focusing on enhancing technical skills, tactical understanding, and overall team performance. Key responsibilities include leading drills, preparing equipment and benches, helping team logistics, and promoting sportsmanship and a positive team culture. The role also involves ensuring compliance with governing body policies and serving as a positive role model for players and a liaison with parents. Needs to be available for practices on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays in Durham NH from 3:30 to 4:50. Also needs to be available for games which can be scheduled on Saturdays as well as during the afternoon/evening throughout the week.
