As a Warehouse Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations. From managing inventory and coordinating shipments to leading and motivating a team of warehouse associates, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our warehouse facility.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead and supervise a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
  • Ensure accurate receiving, storage, and distribution of products, maintaining optimal inventory levels at all times.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a secure work environment for all warehouse personnel.
  • Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory, monitor productivity, and optimize workflows.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, meeting customer demands and delivery deadlines.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company standards.

Qualifications:
  • Education: HS Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in a warehouse or stockroom required with at least 3 years of experience in warehouse management or supervision, preferably in a fast-paced distribution environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve common goals.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software applications.
  • Solid understanding of warehouse operations, including shipping/receiving, inventory control, and safety protocols.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with team members, vendors, and customers.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
