No prior management experience? No problem. We provide full training, hands-on experience, and ongoing support. If you have a background in hospitality, retail, food service, or customer-facing roles, your skills will be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer service in major retail settings
Represent client brands through direct marketing and promotions
Act as a brand ambassador, creating positive customer experiences
Collaborate with team leads and managers to improve outreach strategies
Participate in training workshops and leadership development programs
Support new team members through day-to-day mentoring
