Season Dates: March 9, 2026 – June 15, 2026
Duties: Specifically this position will be responsible for coaching and working with jumpers. In addition, this coach will work in conjunction with the other assistant coaches to assist the head coach in achieving the goals of the Co-Ed Track and Field program. This includes but is not limited to setting up practices, meets, and schedules for the program; supervision of athletes at practices and games; care and maintenance of program equipment; arranging team transportation; working with booster club and regular meetings with other coaches to evaluate goals of the overall program. Applicants must be able to adjust work schedule for practices and games.
Preferences: Previous experience as a participant and/or coach. A BA/BS Degree and Minnesota Teaching License is highly preferred.
Qualifications: A strong background in high school track and field competition as a participant and or coach is required. In addition, a strong work ethic and dedication to furthering the benefits of participation in co-curricular activities is essential. Leadership skills including but not limited to organization, vision, motivation, and conflict resolution. Ability to work with student athletes, parents, staff, and community.
