Perform on-site technical work to install and maintain computer equipment and network and software applications throughout the district. Respond to work order requests by diagnosing and reparing network and computer hardware.
Applicants must have A+ certification.
Qualification: Education/Certification:
High school diploma or GED
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Prefer A+ Certification; Apple product experience
Knowledge of computer workstation setup
Knowledge of computer hardware and software applications
Ability to install, maintain, and repair computers and peripherals including printers, modems and scanners
Ability to install and maintain network cables and hardware
Ability to diagnose problems and perform repairs
Ability to use personal computer and software to develop spreadsheets and databases and do word processing
Proficient keyboarding, file maintenance and 10-key skills
Ability to meet established deadlines
Experience:
Two years experience installing, maintaining and repairing computers and peropherals
Salary: Minimum $40,065 annually - 226 days Salary determination will be based on verified relevant work experience.
