SUMMARYAndersen Corporation is seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and data-driven individual with a passion for digital marketing, analytics and optimizing campaign and website performance. You will work closely with senior digital marketers to monitor, analyze and improve our digital marketing efforts, ensuring they align with our business goals.Location – Bayport, MN (Hybrid 2-3 days/week onsite)PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESCollect, analyze and interpret performance data from various platforms including Google Analytics and Quantum MetricsCreate regular reports and dashboards using tools like Google Analytics, Excel and Looker Studio to provide actionable insights to partners and stakeholdersDistil reporting, insights, and suggestions into digestible, comprehensible deliverables for key stakeholdersAssist in planning, executing and optimizing digital campaignsWebsite Performance MonitoringTrack traffic, user behavior, conversion rates, and technical performance in platforms including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Quantum Metrics, and Screaming FrogWork closely with cross-functional internal and external teams to support marketing initiativesA/B Testing MonitoringSupport the development and analysis of testing initiatives to optimize website and campaign performanceIdentify and communicate trends that emerge internally and within the industryQUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLSBachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Data Analytics or a related field1+ year(s) of experience in digital marketing, analytics or a related fieldExperience in Google Analytics or a similar data analytics platformStrong analytic skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar toolsExperience with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI a plusExcellent organization, time management and communication skillsCuriosity about data and delivering insights beyond reporting and readoutsA proactive attitude and willingness to learn new toolsCOMPENSATIONPay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $68,480 to $102,720 per year.
