Role Description
The Program Manager oversees the planning, execution, and coordination of training support services, leading a team to deliver high-quality geospatial-intelligence (GEOINT) education for a government client. This role involves strategic oversight, resource management, and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure mission success in a dynamic environment.
Duties
- Develop and implement program plans, including management, transition, and quality control strategies.
- Oversee daily operations, including team performance and project forecasting.
- Serve as a key point of contact with government representatives to ensure clear communication.
- Conduct meetings to review progress, address issues, and plan future activities.
- Manage budgets, track costs, and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Facilitate team transitions and collaborate with stakeholders to align with training objectives.
Requirements
- US CITIZENSHIP
- Top Secret / SCI Security Clearance
- Education: Master's degree in any subject from an accredited institution.
- Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (desired).
- Experience: Minimum 5-10 years in program or project management, preferably in training or government services.
- Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills; proficiency in financial tracking and risk management; ability to travel as needed.
