Offscript Worldwide/REVOLT Media & TV creates and curates the best in hip-hop culture and engages youth in social conversation – on-air, on-line, and on-demand. This unapologetically hip- hop, multi-platform network offers original and acquired programming for linear and digital platforms as well as live events and activations across the country.

 

The Digital Ad Sales Coordinator will provide full project and administrative support for Account Executives and the Sales Pricing & Planning team. The coordinator will interface with all Offscript divisions and manage workflow to ensure process and timelines are adhered to and met. This is an entry level position that can lead to a career in media sales.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Work closely with the Ad Sales and Planning teams to assist in the development of category/client/brand-specific information
  • Develop and maintain client profiles, sales databases, mailing/distribution lists, meeting calendars, shared libraries of all national and regional presentations
  • Actively participate in creative brainstorm sessions to conceptualize revenue-generating programs in response to digital and linear RFP’s
  • Compile, follow through and track brand proposals to ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain a high customer service level by communicating directly with clients on flowcharts, Allocations executing requests, and responding promptly to department emails
  • Research client and relevant industry news
  • Manage multiple cross-product opportunities and projects
  • Ensure data accuracy across all internal systems

Who You Are:

  • Strong internet/research and analytical skills
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Proficient technical skills with expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office applications
  • A self-starter who can work independently but also can collaborate with others
  • Skilled in organizing and prioritizing work and following up on projects through completion
  • Excellent communication skills (oral & written); team oriented and maintains customer orientation with internal and external business partners
  • Skilled with data analysis with a high level of accuracy
  • Have a desire to learn all media platforms within Offscript’s offerings
  • Passionate about TV, music, and hip hop culture
  • Exceptional collaboration and teamwork skills
  • B.A. or B.S. Degree in Business or relevant field
  • New college graduate to 2 years experience at a digital media company or advertising agency 

Location: Based in New York Metropolitan Area, DC Metropolitan Area, Atlanta Georgia, California.

Remote/Hybrid/On-site:

This is a currently a hybrid position. The company reserves the right to modify remote work policies with limited notice.

Compensation: $24.04 - $26.45 hourly. Ability to participate in discretionary bonus plan.
