Pay: $27.31 - $30.42 / Hourly
Schedule: Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm)

General Position Summary
The Equity & Community Engagement Coordinator is responsible for designing, developing, coordinating, conducting, and managing special projects related to ODDS Blueprint and Compass Projects, DEIA implementation projects, Emergency Management projects and communication outreach and engagement.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in behavioral science, social science, or a closely related field, OR an associate’s degree in a behavioral science, social science, or a closely related field and two years of human services related experience, OR high school diploma/GED and four years of human services related experience and at least four years of increasingly responsible employment in related field required.
Knowledge of the public service systems in Oregon.
Experience working in a team setting.
Strong Organizational skills, ability to self-direct, experience with effective time management.
Reliable transportation, valid Oregon driver’s license (or the ability to obtain a valid Oregon driver’s license within 30 days of hire) with a driving record that permits coverage under the agency’s corporate auto liability policy and personal automobile liability insurance.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in social service setting with working knowledge of case management systems and planning techniques.
Previous experience in Person Centered Planning and Self-Determination
Ability to communicate in Spanish or other second language.
