The Graphic Design Intern supports the Marketing Team by assisting the Creative Director and Graphic Designer with day-to-day design tasks, contributing fresh ideas to special projects, and ensuring creative assets align with brand standards. Through hands-on experience, the intern will strengthen their design skills, gain exposure to real-world marketing initiatives, and collaborate on impactful visual content. In addition to daily responsibilities, the intern will complete an end-of-program project that highlights their growth, creativity, and contributions to the team’s success.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Graphic Design

  • Assist in creating visually compelling marketing materials including brochures, flyers, newsletters, social media posts, presentations, and signage for real estate projects and homebuilding initiatives.
  • Help ensure brand consistency across all design assets, including logo usage, color schemes, fonts, and imagery, to maintain the integrity of the company's visual identity.
  • Design graphics for use on the company website, social media platforms, and digital advertising campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and conceptualize new ideas for design projects that support marketing strategies and promotional efforts.
  • Edit and retouch photos for marketing materials, websites, and social media to enhance the visual appeal of our projects.
  • Assist in the production and organization of design assets for upcoming events, homebuilder showcases, and other promotional efforts.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to understand project needs, deadlines, and design requirements, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery of design projects.
  • Provide support for any other design-related tasks that may arise, including revisions, updates to existing collateral, and assistance with new marketing campaigns.

EDUCATION

  • Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field.

TALENTS

  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout.
  • Knowledge of web design principles and digital content creation.
  • A portfolio showcasing your design work is required for consideration.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • A passion for design, real estate, and homebuilding.
