Co-Op Operations Project – Space Utilization and Process flow scope

We will have an opportunity for a Spring Operations Co-Op (January-June 2026), with a possible extension to August located in Rockleigh, Northvale and Teterboro, NJ.
Project Overview includes:
The review of processes and design of physical workflow leading to plant design. In this role, you will redefine the workflow taking into account safety. In addition, complete inventory storage review to assess the appropriate workflow, space configuration and processes. Evaluate Northvale NJ facility and in parallel determine usage of this location.
This project will encompass the following key components:
- Inventory Storage Design
- Evaluate and redesign current inventory storage layouts to ensure optimal flow, accessibility, and efficiency aligned with production demand.
- Physical workflow design and process optimization
- Workflow, people and product assessment
- Productivity Assessment
- Conduct a detailed assessment of productivity and time management.
- 3rd Party Construction Collaboration
- Engage with the third-party construction company to evaluate and plan for any additional space or structural modifications needed to support the integration of new equipment and storage designs.
Qualifications include:
- Matriculated in a college degree program with a major in Engineering - focusing in Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical, Software and Data (for our automation and shopfloor systems, and BI Tools)
- Completion of Sophomore year
- Overall GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite including MS Word, Excel, BI and PowerPoint
- Understanding of project management principles and general knowledge of engineering disciplines
- Able to work autonomously on the project, analysis and research
Preferred Qualifications
- Completion of junior year preferred
- Previous internship or co-op experience is a plus
- SAP and Project management tools

In addition, the program will incorporate weekly workshops and/or meetings with Senior Leadership to support them in their development of professional and life skills.
