The Enrollment and Pre-Release Administrator plays a key role in enrolling participants in Concordance’s programming and managing our relationship with the Department of Corrections. In this role, you will support enrollment and pre-release scheduling and logistics to ensure participants are seamlessly welcomed into our program.
Key Responsibilities - your role will involve:
- Collaborating with the Department of Corrections to receive list of potential participants
- Reviewing the list of potential participants to ensure each individual is eligible to participate in Concordance’s programming
- Managing outreach, marketing materials, and welcome materials for new participants
- Ensuring accurate documentation of participant forms and consents
- Facilitating a strong, trusting relationship with the Department of Corrections and staff at correctional facilities
- Working with the Department of Corrections and pre-release care team to schedule enrollment and pre-release sessions
- Adapting schedules daily to account for participant and team member availability
- Maintaining and updating records in electronic record system
- When working within a correctional center, building strong, professional, positive relationships with prison staff and administration
- Serving as the liaison between participants and post-release care team upon release
- Participating in internal meetings (All Team meetings, 1:1 supervisor meeting(s), and training sessions)
- Occasionally, help set up for Center events or move classroom around including but not limited to carrying and setting up tables and chairs

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage detailed schedules and collaborate with others in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
- Experience working with justice-involved adults or other vulnerable populations preferred
- CPR / Adult First Aid certification preferred
- Sit, stand, and walk for a considerable amount of time throughout the day
- Ability to use travel to DOC institutions as needed
