Job Summary
Rapid7 is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst to join our Total Rewards team and help design and deliver sustainable compensation programs that impact every employee globally.
This role is ideal for someone who is collaborative, analytical, and excited to make an impact in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Manager of Compensation, you’ll work closely with People Strategy, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to ensure our programs remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with our culture.

About the Role
As a Senior Compensation Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to design and scale compensation programs that meet business needs globally. Specifically, your focus will be to:
● Design, evaluate, and implement compensation programs across a wide range of roles, including product, engineering, sales, customer success, and marketing.
● Provide consultative support to managers and People Strategy on compensation-related matters, including promotions and organizational changes.
● Partner with People Strategy for Sales to deliver proactive compensation analysis and scalable solutions.

● Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure offers are competitive and equitable, while maintaining internal alignment.
● Support survey participation and expand the use of global survey data to strengthen compensation benchmarking.
● Partner on the rollout of annual compensation and equity cycles (merit, promotions, bonus, equity grants), ensuring alignment with Rapid7’s compensation philosophy and budget.
● Conduct research and analysis to identify trends, address compensation issues, and propose innovative solutions.
● Optimize compensation processes in Workday to improve manager and employee experience while maintaining compliance with SOX, internal policies, and local labor
laws.

The skills and qualities you’ll bring include:
● Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of compensation experience, with demonstrated expertise in global program design and execution.
● Strong knowledge of compensation practices and trends, with experience in a global company.
● Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and actionable solutions.
● Collaborative and innovative approach to problem-solving with business partners.
● Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities with a sense of urgency.
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving needs.
● Experience with Workday strongly preferred.
