Loopio is looking to add a Manager, Product Design, to lead our Product Design & Research team in India and play a critical role in shaping how design drives impact within our mission teams. You’ll join our Enterprise and Insights Mission Teams, two groups focused on advancing Loopio’s product in distinct but complementary ways.
The Enterprise Mission Team is scaling the product to meet the needs of our largest customers, with a strong focus on integrations and extensibility.
The Insights Mission Team is building proactive, data-driven insights that guide customers throughout their response journey, helping them create more strategic and winning proposals.
In this role, you’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Data Science/ML to build roadmaps, define success, and bring customer-centered solutions to life. You’ll managing Product Designers on your mission teams, ensuring they have the direction, mentorship, and growth opportunities they need to thrive, while also championing design across the broader organization.
As a Manager, Product Design, you’ll contribute to scaling a world-class design practice at Loopio, balancing hands-on coaching with organizational leadership. You’ll be instrumental in driving alignment across mission teams, evolving our design processes, and ensuring design has a strong, strategic voice in how we build our product.
This role requires close collaboration with teams across Canada, the UK, and India. To accommodate the time zone differences, you will be expected to work from 11 am to 7:30 pm IST.
💻 What You’ll Be Doing
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science/ML partners to shape mission team roadmaps and priorities.
Provide design-focused leadership to our India-based product mission teams, ensuring that they’re supported and working in tandem with the broader design team (located in EST & PST time zones)
Co-create OKRs and KRs, define success metrics, and ensure impact is measured and communicated across the company.
Review and refine roadmaps with Product senior leadership to align with the broader product vision.
Partner with other mission teams to coordinate cross-functional initiatives and dependencies.
Mentor, coach, and grow designers on your team, providing guidance on prioritization, craft, and career development.
Provide design direction and technical coaching to help designers strengthen their skills and deliver high-quality outcomes.
Build strong cross-functional relationships and ensure design has a clear voice in shaping product strategy.
Lead or support high-priority initiatives (e.g., accessibility, design co-op, or key product evolutions).
Drive operational excellence by evolving design processes, tools, and team practices.
Contribute to hiring, pipeline building, and recruitment efforts to grow a diverse, high-performing design team.
✨ What You’ll Bring to the Team
Proven experience managing and growing product designers, with a passion for people development and mentorship.
Hands-on design expertise and the ability to provide direction, feedback, and technical guidance when needed.
Experience collaborating closely with PM, Engineering, and Data Science/ML to shape roadmaps, set OKRs, and measure outcomes.
Strong ability to balance big-picture strategy with day-to-day prioritization and execution.
Operational skills and experience setting up processes, tools, and practices that scale design impact.
Track record of building trust and alignment across cross-functional teams and with senior leadership.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills that help teams understand the “why” behind design decisions.
Experience leading or contributing to high-profile initiatives and programs that elevate product quality and the design practice.
A deep commitment to maintaining a high standard of design quality while driving business outcomes.

Loopio is a remote-first workplace because we recognize the advantages of working flexibly. We are HQ’d in Canada, with established hub regions around the world where we hire from.
Our employees (or Loopers, as we call ourselves!) live and work in 🇨🇦 Canada (British Columbia and Ontario), 🇬🇧 London, and 🇮🇳 India (specifically in Gujarat, Maharashtra, and Bengaluru).
Our India/UK hub employees work according to business hours stated in the job description above. This is intentionally designed to enable our global teams to have overlapping hours for collaboration.
You’ll collaborate with your teams virtually across the UK, India, and North America (we’re just a Zoom call and Slack message away!) with core sync hours and focus time for headsdown work 🙇🏾 during the workday
