We are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to help grow our business and contribute to our future.  

The Customer Experience Specialist is responsible for proactive customer engagement with ISC’s existing customer base and with new customers as new registries and services become operationalized. This role has a frontline interaction with customers at industry events, tradeshows and conferences in order to promote ISC products and services. Other highlights include:

  • Identifies customer sector intelligence required to understand the nature of the business that customers conduct with ISC
  • Provides information from customers that support and identify product enhancement opportunities, market opportunity and customer service development opportunities.
  • Leads change management initiatives with customers related to new or existing product and service changes.
  • Develops and executes customer engagement strategies through research
  • Manages the sales of existing ISC products and services
  • Contributes to product and service development

What you’ll need:

  • An undergraduate degree in Commerce or Business or a related discipline and 2 – 4 years solutions-based sales experience.
  • Knowledge of macro and micro economic principles and the ability to apply those principles to develop strategies and solutions for new product and service extensions.
  • Change management principles to effectively implement a change both internally and for external customers.
  • Distribution channels and channel management strategies
  • Marketing concepts, including product, pricing, promotion and placement and how they relate to the effective launch of a new product or service.
