Duties
You will monitor, utilize, and maintain functionality on a comprehensive and integrated financial management system, which includes budgeting, financial planning, accounting, auditing, and fiscal reporting.,You will prepare funding documents for completeness and accuracy; provide accounting and financial support to management; and evaluate financial requests for compliance with policy.,You will prepare corrections for incorrect data associated with labor, materials and contract procurement.,You will analyze, interpret, and report on information of all financial resources issued to the Command in accordance with appropriation laws, regulations, financial policies, directives and guidance.,You will meet with Comptroller, team leads, team members, and command personnel to discuss financial planning and execution.,You will provide accounting and financial support to management including researching charges, compliance, corrections, process controls, and the validation of LOAs on all funding documents issued and received.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least three year of progressively responsible general experience, one of which is equivalent to the NH-01 pay band (GS-04 Equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. General experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing problems to identify significant factors, gathering pertinent data, and recognizing solutions; planning and organizing work; and communicating effectively orally and in writing. Education
Education may be substituted for specialized experience as follows: Completion of a 4-year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree OR A combination of experience and education as described above that equates to three years of progressively responsible experience.

This announcement uses the Acquisition Workforce Personnel Demonstration Project (AcqDemo) Business & Technical Management direct hire authority to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to certain positions in the competitive service.
