Now, we’re seeking a hands-on and strategic Manager – Operations, Floor to oversee warehouse operations and transportation, ensuring every piece of gear moves in and out with precision.

What You’ll Be Doing
As the Manager – Operations, Floor, you’ll provide leadership across inbound/outbound operations, transportation, and warehouse best practices, all while fostering a culture of accuracy, safety, and collaboration.
✅ Leadership & Direction – Manage Warehouse Technicians, Leads, Transportation Supervisors, Sub Rental Coordinators, and Flex Force staff
✅ Operational Oversight – Ensure workflows for orders, transfers, sub-rentals, and purchase orders are complete, accurate, and delivered on time
✅ Quality & Inventory Management – Maintain 100% accuracy for inbound returns, oversee cycle counts, consumables ordering, and annual physical inventory
✅ Training & Development – Identify staff development needs, provide coaching, and ensure training is delivered for growth and success
✅ Cross-Team Collaboration – Partner with Operations, QC, and People Operations to meet staffing plans and implement process improvements
✅ Hands-On Support – Jump in with warehouse tasks such as equipment movement, rack setups, and labeling when needed
✅ Safety & Standards – Uphold LMG’s mission, vision, and values while ensuring a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
What We’re Looking For
🔹 5–7 years of experience in audiovisual, quality assurance, and/or warehouse inventory control
🔹 High School Diploma or equivalent required
🔹 Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate large teams in a fast-paced environment
🔹 Strong business acumen with excellent problem-solving skills
🔹 Commitment to accuracy, safety awareness, and operational excellence
