We’re looking for a Graphic Designer (mid-weight to senior level) to join our team. This role is ideal for a designer with proven experience who’s ready to take more ownership of projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and elevate our brand through fresh, engaging design.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating engaging assets for digital campaigns, social media, email, web, presentations, and print.
- Strong ability to design engaging, professional PowerPoint presentations
- Ability to create video animations - Proficient in After Effects and Premiere Pro for animations, motion graphics, and video editing
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and external agencies to deliver creative solutions.
- Translate briefs into impactful, user-focused design that aligns with business objectives.
- Constructively take on feedback and iterate designs effectively.
- Stay on top of design trends, bringing fresh ideas to enhance our creative output.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 3–5 years of professional design experience, ideally in a tech, or fast-paced environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, and motion design work
- Previous experience collaborating across teams and with external agencies.
- Understand the design process, challenging the briefs where required.
- Comfortable giving and receiving feedback constructively.
- Experience researching topics to create best-in-class content.
- Experienced in working with CRM and CMS platforms to support campaigns and web content.
- Experience developing and maintaining brand guidelines consistently across channels.
- Strong conceptual and creative problem-solving abilities, bringing fresh ideas while aligning with business goals.
- Strong ability to design engaging, professional PowerPoint presentations.
- Demonstrates personal motivation with the ability to work independently and a keenness to proactively learn new skills.
- Ability to work independently to deadlines
- Ability to prioritize workload with excellent organizational skills.
