Job Summary
The BPO Pricing & Cost Analyst I, will support our growing BPO line of business. This position is dedicated to pricing new BPO projects, developing cost models, and managing cost segregation and tracking across the BPO space and other business areas. The candidate will possess strong analytical and financial modeling skills, attention to detail and the ability to collaborate across departments in a fast-paced environment. This role is critical in supporting growth initiatives, ensuring accurate pricing for RFP responses, and monitoring project-level profitability to inform executive decision-making.
Responsibilities
Pricing & Proposals
- Develop accurate, competitive, and compliant pricing models for BPO proposals, RFIs, and RFP responses.
- Prepare detailed cost analyses and pricing narratives to support new business and contract modifications.
- Perform scenario modeling to guide competitive strategy and decision making
Cost Tracking, Segregation & Financial Insight
- Track and analyze project costs to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with internal and external requirements.
- Maintain detailed cost segregation schedules and reporting for project-specific and company-wide BPO initiatives, integrating financial metrics such as revenue projections and budget forecasts.
- Collaborate with Accounting to reconcile cost allocations and support month-end and year-end processes, assessing historical performance and identifying cost and revenue trends.
- Provide insight into cost efficiency and profitability by analyzing historical data and forecasting future financial impacts, enabling strategic decision-making and continuous improvement across BPO operations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with BPO Operations, Accounting, Contracts, and Business Development teams to gather input and validate assumptions.
- Provide actionable insights and clear reporting to leadership for decision support.
Process Improvement
- Maintain and enhance pricing tools, templates, and reporting models for efficiency and accuracy.
- Support the development and documentation of standard operating procedures related to pricing and cost tracking.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field (required).
- 2-5 years’ experience in pricing, financial analysis, or cost modeling, ideally in BPO, shared services, or a similar industry.
Technical Skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data modeling.
- Experience with cost allocation and project accounting tools (e.g., Deltek, Costpoint, Unanet, or similar) is a plus.

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Clearance
As a federal contractor, this position requires U.S. citizenship and security clearance granting access to classified information. The background investigation is conducted by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) and is an evaluation of the whole person to determine suitability.
