Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 5 to 9 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Spring Boot Microservices J2EE and AWS IoT. Experience in Telecom and Billing & Revenue Management is a plus. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects in a day shift environment without the need for travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable applications using Spring Boot and Microservices to enhance system performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust J2EE solutions that meet business requirements.
• Integrate AWS IoT services to enable seamless connectivity and data exchange across platforms.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to minimize downtime and improve user experience.
• Participate in agile development processes contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
• Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing effective solutions.
• Document technical specifications and system designs to facilitate knowledge sharing and future development.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into projects.
• Mentor junior developers providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Qualifications

• Possess a strong understanding of Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Demonstrate proficiency in J2EE development and related frameworks.
• Have hands-on experience with AWS IoT and cloud-based solutions.
• Exhibit knowledge of Telecom and Billing & Revenue Management domains is advantageous.
• Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
