- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Chemical, Production, or Mechanical) and/or Chemistry
- Availability to work in shifts and on a 5X2 work schedule
- Intermediate English desirable
- Experience in Supply Chain / Manufacturing
- People management skills
- Ability to analyze data
- Intermediate knowledge of Office Suite and Google tools
- Basic knowledge of SAP
- Knowledge of Opera and Data Studio is desirable
- Knowledge of EHS (Environment, Health and Safety), Quality, and Continuous improvement

- Coordinate the execution of operational activities

- Supervise daily activities of operators and production assistants, align activities between shifts, and oversee quality control tasks.
- Act as a leader by setting an example for team members, aiming to maintain healthy relationships and a good working environment.
- Encourage teamwork by establishing strong, trustworthy relationships.
- Understand and comply with Colgate's policy requirements, EHS standards, Quality and FP&R, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs);
- Ensure quality standards are met throughout the production of finished products and related processes;
- Provide feedback to employees;
- Analyze and interpret KPIs (AU, UPDT, PDT, AML, Throughput, among others) and implement corrective and preventive actions to meet objectives;
- Communicate, investigate, and document out-of-specification cases;
- Promote good interpersonal relationships;
- Communicate effectively at all levels;
- Prepare, participate in, deliver, and evaluate required Quality, GMP, FP&R, and EHS training sessions;
- Manage, in partnership with maintenance, the operational conditions of equipment and make them available for necessary maintenance;
- Coordinate monthly and annual inventories with the Operations Team;
- Develop and update operational SOPs.
