As the Issue Resolution Lead, you drive safe, compliant, and customer-focused business practices across the Retail Bank. You lead a team and collaborate across squads and tribes to manage risk, deliver remediation programs, and support vendor governance and data ownership.

What you’ll do
- Lead risk identification, triage, root cause analysis, and stakeholder reporting.
- Manage large-scale customer remediation programs.
- Guide agile squads on risk prioritisation and sprint planning.
- Improve product and service delivery through structural enhancements.
- Oversee vendor lifecycle management and outsourcing controls.
- Advise on regulatory changes and strategic risk initiatives.
- Champion a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years’ experience in risk, compliance, or business operations.
- Proven success in remediation delivery and vendor governance.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience in agile environments and cross-functional collaboration.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to lead through ambiguity and change.
- A customer-first approach and a drive for continuous improvement.
Bonus if You Have:
- Postgraduate qualifications in Business, Risk, or related fields.
- Experience in data governance and IT asset management.
- Financial acumen and proficiency in Excel.
