At Busy Bees at Kilburn, we’re searching for a passionate and confident Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to lead our Kindergarten Program and help shape the learning journeys of our little learners.

What You’ll Do:
Lead the delivery of our high-quality Kindergarten program
Plan and implement engaging, play-based educational programs aligned with the EYLF and NQS
Observe, assess, and document each child’s learning and development
Build strong relationships with children, families, and fellow educators
Champion inclusive practices that celebrate cultural diversity and individual needs
Collaborate with the wider team to create a safe, respectful, and inspiring learning environment
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor or Master of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
SA Teacher registration
Current Working With Children Check
First Aid certificate including asthma & anaphylaxis training
Proven understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and relevant frameworks
Strong communication, observation, and documentation skills
A genuine passion for early learning and a collaborative approach
Desirable Skills:
Experience leading or teaching in early childhood settings
Familiarity with Education and Care Services National Law & Regulations
Confidence using technology and documentation tools
Commitment to ongoing professional growth and innovation
