ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a permanent full time Digital Sales Manager to provide strategic leadership for our digital product line across the Asia Pacific region. This role will drive revenue growth, pipeline integrity, and optimize our digital solutions portfolio while working collaboratively with global product leaders.

RESPONSIBILITIES and DUTIES

  • Drive revenue growth and maintain pipeline integrity in collaboration with global product leaders.
  • Optimize revenue mix across software and hardware sales, aligning with product strategy.
  • Manage and deliver on key commercial metrics: revenue, margins, EBIDTA, YoY growth.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to expand market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate and thorough completion of sales reports and forecasts.
  • Understand and comply with all company policies and quality systems.
  • Recommend measures to improve methods, performance, and quality to increase efficiency.
  • Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by management.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 10+ years of technology sales experience in the oil and gas sector.
  • 7+ years of proven success in software sales.
  • Upstream software experience.
  • Experience with drilling and optimization software.
  • Cloud certifications from major cloud providers.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter attitude with strategic thinking capabilities.

MOBILISATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Based in Perth with regular travel throughout APAC.
  • 50% regional travel required.
