The Role
Our Merchandising team is pivotal in driving growth for Big Red Group’s B2B brands. Through strategic product curation, seasonal planning, and effective onsite merchandising initiatives, the team directly aligns with consumer business goals to maximise conversion funnel, drive revenue per visitor and experience sell through rates.
This role focuses on supporting customer engagement by executing visual merchandising, navigation, and content updates across B2B ecommerce platforms, ensuring brand consistency and a seamless user experience.
This eCommerce Executive role sits within the B2B / non-consumer stream, supporting corporate, local agent, and white label eCommerce platforms. This role operates in a service-based model, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders via a ticketing system to deliver merchandising, content updates, and platform optimisations.
Core Activities
Ways of Working
- Operate in a support capacity using a ticketing system to manage requests from internal teams.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Partnerships, and Product teams to ensure timely execution of updates and optimisations.
White Label Platforms
- Build and customise white label sites including branding (logos, colours), regional optimisation, and UTM tracking.
- Maintain and optimise existing white label sites based on performance and stakeholder feedback.
- Ensure content accuracy and merchandising of top-performing products.
Merchandising
- Execute merchandising updates aligned with B2B brand guidelines and seasonal relevance.
- · Ensure homepage banners, PLPs and campaign pages are up-to-date and reflect, trade promotion.
- · Support campaign asset implementation as required
Reporting & Optimisation
- Use analytics tools (e.g., Tableau) to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Share weekly insights and recommendations with stakeholders.
- Ensure SEO best practices are applied across all B2B platforms.
Experience and Skills Required
- 1–2 years' experience in site merchandising, digital marketing, or eCommerce.
- Proven experience in using analytics tools to understand and enhance customer journey (Tableau preferred).
- Strong understanding of online shopping behaviour and digital merchandising best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and time management.
- Demonstrates a growth mindset and resilience, thriving in a fast-paced and changing environment while adapting quickly to new priorities.
- Confident communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally.
