About the Role:

 

Based in the Human Resources team, the Senior Reward Specialist will work in the Performance & Equity team to implement best practice reward strategies that support our Total Reward Framework. 

 

The role will have particular emphasis on managing our Employee share plans and Executive performance and incentive awards globally, including governance and disclosure reporting.  

 

This role is based in our Perth offices, which are our global HQ. 

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

 

Reporting into the Performance & Equity Lead, on a day-to-day basis this role will: 

 

  • Manage Employee share plans, as well as Executive performance and incentive award delivery across all global locations, including associated compliance and governance  
  • Lead the delivery of the Remuneration Report (section of the Annual Report) collaborating with internal and external stakeholders 
  • Prepare Board papers in relation to share plans to support internal reporting and decision-making processes  
  • Lead project or continuous improvement activities to streamline processes and adapt to changing processes 
  • Manage relationships with external vendors in support of the above objectives

 

Skills & Experience:

 

We are seeking a degree qualified professional who brings demonstrated experience in share plan management, ideally for an ASX50 listed corporation. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills will ideally be paired with a passion for continuous improvement and optimisation.

 

You'll be able to demonstrate an ability to build high trust relationships will stakeholders at all levels, based on a track record of delivering exceptional outcomes. You will need to be able to manage competing priorities, workload, and delivery to deadlines. You’ll bring experience working in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and problem-solving skills are key.
