Join DP World as a DevOps Engineer on 24 Months Max Term contract and play a key role in building, automating, and optimising our infrastructure and delivery pipelines.
You'll work at the intersection of development and operations driving CI/CD pipelines, enhancing system reliability, and ensuring secure, scalable deployments across cloud and on-prem environments. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with development and operations teams to implement DevOps best practices and provide technical leadership.
Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery.
Support infrastructure, monitoring, and incident response processes.
Ensure security, compliance, and effective access control across all systems.
Troubleshoot issues across applications, infrastructure, and deployment layers.
Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Continuously evaluate and integrate new tools and technologies to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Relevant certifications (e.g. Azure Solutions Architect, VMware, Nutanix, TOGAF).
5+ years' experience in DevOps and IT infrastructure (Linux/Windows).
Experience in logistics or industrial environments with IT/OT integration is desirable.
Proficient in scripting and programming (Java, Python, Bash, PowerShell, Go).
Hands-on with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Bamboo, Git, Bitbucket).
Skilled in automation and orchestration (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet).
Familiar with monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
Strong knowledge of microservices, SOA, and integration (REST, SOAP, Kafka, JMS).
Broad IT systems knowledge—servers, storage, cloud, databases.
Familiar with ITIL, Agile, or similar frameworks.
