How will you make an impact? 

In this key role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that Piaget continues to thrive by optimising financial resources related to human capital and fostering a high-performing workforce. Your strategic insights and expertise in Reward practices will directly contribute to driving Piaget's success and solidifying its legacy as a leading Maison of flamboyant watches and jewellery.

 

Your Core Responsibilities:

  • Financial Stewardship: Partner with Finance on rolling forecasts and budget processes for staff costs and headcount; provide insightful analysis and proactively address discrepancies in collaboration with Finance.
  • Strategic Analysis: Analyse monthly staff costs and headcount evolution for HQ, Manufacturing, and our Markets, partnering with Finance teams to drive efficiency and optimise resource allocation.
  • Organisation optimisation: Partner with CPO, CTO and HRBPs on structural changes and organisation modelling. Provide cost modelling and simulation support for different scenarios.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy of global HR data, meticulously monitoring key HR performance indicators to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Reward Expertise: Serve as the go-to expert for all Reward-related topics, providing guidance and support to HR Business Partners on compensation, benefits, equal pay, mobility, and analytics.
  • Group Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison with the Group Rewards team, ensuring alignment with global strategies and initiatives.
  • Salary Review Leadership: Own the annual salary review process, from budget preparation to analysis and co-validation, ensuring fairness and competitiveness.
  • Project Collaboration: Partner with HR on diverse HR and Reward projects, providing ad-hoc data analysis and insights to drive impactful outcomes.
  • Benchmarking & Trend Analysis: Conduct thorough benchmarks and analyses of internal and external trends, providing valuable insights to inform HR strategies.
  • Audit Support: Support internal and external audits by providing accurate and insightful HR data.

 

What Makes You Exceptional:

  • A minimum of 7 years' experience in Business Administration, Controlling, or Finance.
  • Solid experience of managing budgeting and reporting within controlling, ideally in HR.
  • Knowledge of Reward would be ideal.
  • Mastery of Excel, SAP, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in both English and French.
