Your Tasks

  • Assist the Compensation & Benefits team during the salary and bonus review process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
  • Conduct manual checks and audits of compensation data to ensure integrity and accuracy
  • Support the payroll team in their daily operations, including data entry, verification, and reporting
  • Analyze compensation data and prepare reports to assist in decision-making processes
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency
  • Provide general administrative support as needed

Your Profile

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with data analysis, pivot tables, and formulas is essential
  • Strong numerical affinity and the ability to work with large datasets
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in HR or payroll is a plus, but not required
