Location: Vines Group | Team: Marketing (small but mighty team of 3)
Hours: Hybrid, Monday to Friday- 40 per week - Flexible between 8am & 6pm

We’re looking for a Marketing Campaign & Partnerships Manager to lead the charge on high-impact initiatives that connect with our customers, strengthen our brand, and fuel our growth. This is a role where creativity meets strategy, and where you’ll get to make a real mark across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Lead with vision – own the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns from idea to results.
  •  Be the connector – the go-to for campaign planning across Sales, Aftersales, and beyond.
  •  Create impact – manage sponsorships, partnerships, and events that raise visibility and drive engagement.
  •  Get hands-on – deliver campaigns through digital, print, events, and agency collaboration.
  •  Think smart – use insights and competitor analysis to keep us ahead of the curve.
  •  Drive results – oversee budgets, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure ROI is front and centre.
  •  Guard the brand – make sure everything aligns with BMW Group standards.
  •  Lift the team – work closely with the Marketing Manager and Marketing Executive to collaborate across the wider group. 

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

We’re not after someone who just ticks boxes — we want a driven marketer who brings energy, ideas, and a “let’s make it happen” attitude. If this sounds like you, you’ll fit right in:

  • Experienced & versatile – You’ve spent 3+ years in B2C/B2B marketing and know your way around digital, partnerships, and events.
  • Hands-on creator – You love rolling up your sleeves and bringing campaigns to life, not just writing the plan.
  • Digitally savvy – Tools like Dotdigital (or similar), social platforms, CMS, and analytics are second nature.
  • Master of juggling – You thrive when managing multiple projects and stakeholders, keeping everything on track.
  • Creative problem-solver – You see challenges as opportunities to do things differently and better.
  • Confident communicator – Whether it’s presenting ideas, negotiating with suppliers, or collaborating with teams, you get people on board.
  • Keen to grow – CIM qualification (or working towards it) is a bonus, but your hunger to learn and develop matters most.
  • Ready to roll – A full UK driving licence means you can get out there when needed.
