CRST’s Home Solutions - Installs division provides delivery and installation of products that require skilled labor or trade-licensed technicians. From delivery to installation and assembly, demand for these services has grown significantly. Home Solutions is proud to work with retail and client partners to provide convenient solutions for consumers.
Job Summary: The management, coordination, and execution of operations that take place outside within a customer site or warehouse. Field operations professionals play a critical role in overseeing and ensuring the smooth functioning of various activities and projects in the field. All while managing compliance with CRST regulations and ensuring that customers are providing excellent customer service.
Location: Amherst, NY -- Will work in office at least 3 days per week, as well as travel within market a few times a month.
Compensation: $70,000-$75,000 per year. A final offer amount is dependent on factors including prior relevant experience, knowledge, and location.
Bonuses/Commission: Eligible for performance-based bonus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Primary contact for clients and customers within the defined geographic region, including escalations, installation questions, or emergency requests
- Primary contact in accountability to cost and quality performance within the geographic region
- Lead in service company assignments
- Regular presence at dock load outs, present for store load outs as available
- Perform other duties as assigned
