Intelligence Analysis Product Training & Curriculum Developer at VTG

VTG is looking for a Intelligence Analysis Product Training & Curriculum Developer in Chantilly, VA. 

Participates in the development, testing, maintenance and delivery of specialized Intelligence application training programs and related materials in support of customer products. Develops and manages training curriculum May assist in the development and establishment of course content and objectives. Conducts training sessions and assists in evaluating the effectiveness of training activities. Updates course documentation on a continuous basis to ensure timeliness and relevance Requires knowledge and experience in own discipline; still acquiring higher-level knowledge and skills. Builds knowledge of Group, its processes and customers. Solves a range of straightforward problems. Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures.

TS/SCI with Poly Required

BS + 4-8 years OR Bachelor degree with 4-8 years; in lieu of HS + 10 OR Associates + 8 OR Bachelors + 5 OR Masters + 3 years

Ability to participates in the development, testing, maintenance and delivery of specialized Intelligence application training programs and related materials in support of customer products.

Experience developing and managing training curriculum.  May assist in the development and establishment of course content and objectives.

Experience conducing training sessions and assisting in evaluating the effectiveness of training activities, updating course documentation on a continuous basis to ensure timeliness and relevance
