The Role
We are seeking a Product Manager to join our Clinical Programs team, focused on driving API and data integration initiatives that power Vim’s connectivity across the healthcare ecosystem. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of integration projects, working side-by-side with engineering to design, test, and launch scalable APIs and data pipelines. Acting as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, you will translate complex needs into clear requirements, prioritize effectively, and deliver solutions that enable seamless data exchange and measurable impact on clinical workflows.

What you will do
- Own the product lifecycle for API infrastructure and data integration projects.
- Partner with engineering to design, prioritize, and deliver scalable features and integrations.
- Translate business and clinical program needs into clear, actionable technical requirements.
- Define and track success metrics to guide prioritization and measure product impact.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across product, engineering, and customer-facing teams to ensure alignment.
- Manage dependencies and maintain a clear roadmap that balances short-term execution with long-term strategy.
Who we are looking for
- 3–5 years of Product Management experience with a track record of delivering technical, infrastructure-heavy products.
- Strong technical foundation—comfortable with APIs, systems architecture, and data pipelines.
- SaaS product background, ideally from a growth-stage or enterprise-scale platform.
- Excellent communicator—skilled at bridging engineering and business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach to prioritization.
- Based in NYC with availability to work in-office on a hybrid schedule.
What is Nice to Have
- Experience in healthcare technology or familiarity with interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR).
- Background in clinical workflows or other regulated, complex domains.

The target salary for this role is between $150,000 to $190,000 per year (Compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, and level of experience)
