Counter Sales Manager at Ambient Enterprises

ToroAire has an immediate opening for a Counter Sales Associate position at our Anaheim, CA warehouse. The Counter Sales Associate is responsible for handling the sales process, from the initial request to the execution of the order. Duties and Responsibilities:

· Greets customers, provides quotes and takes orders

· Processes payments

· Manages inventory

· Provides customer support

· Processes shipping and will call orders

· Be flexible to back-up all warehouse duties as needed including shipping and receiving

Experience:

· Understanding of technology and machinery used for transporting and storing material goods

· Knowledge of logistics, transportation, and customer service

· Prior experience using UPS and FedEx, a plus

· Prior knowledge in HVAC products, a plus

Requirements and Qualification:

· High School Diploma

· Proficient in using computer (e.g., email, Microsoft programs, etc.)

· Electrical, industrial and/or distribution experience preferred but not required

· Excellent time management and organizational skills

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy

· Customer service oriented

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Excellent communication skills

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

· Lifting, standing, climbing, bending, grasping, sitting, pulling, pushing, stooping, stretching, and carrying are required to perform the functions of this position.

· Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

· Must be able to operate forklift equipment (onsite training & certification available)

Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday, 7 AM – 4 PM

Compensation range: $25-35/hour DOE
