We are looking for a Contract Recruiter to help us scale during a busy hiring period. Over the next six months, you’ll take ownership of full-cycle recruiting across primarily sales and some technical or customer roles with an emphasis on candidates in the DC metro area. Because many of our roles touch the government and contracting space, you’ll need to be comfortable navigating local talent markets, security clearance considerations, and the nuances of hiring in and around government clients. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, build strong pipelines, and make sure candidates have a smooth, positive experience. If you like variety, move fast, and know how to balance multiple reqs, this role will give you plenty of room to shine.

What You’ll Do

  • Run the full recruiting process from intake to offer, across sales, technical, and customer-facing positions
  • Partner with hiring managers to define what “great” looks like for each role
  • Source creatively across multiple channels to find and engage top talent, with a focus on the DC metro market
  • Screen candidates and share thoughtful recommendations with hiring teams
  • Keep interviews on track and ensure timely communication with candidates and stakeholders
  • Keep our ATS updated so the process stays clean, accurate, and organized
  • Work alongside the Director of Employee Experience to keep recruiting aligned with broader people goals

What You’re Able to Do

  • Recruit confidently across sales and technical roles, adjusting your approach for different skill sets
  • Leverage your SaaS or high-growth recruiting background to hit the ground running
  • Navigate the DC talent market, bringing knowledge of local trends, government/contracting space, and how clearances work
  • Navigate ATS systems with ease (bonus if you’ve worked with ADP Recruitment)
  • Manage multiple searches at once while keeping candidates engaged and hiring managers informed
  • Communicate clearly, build trust, and create a positive experience for everyone involved
  • Thrive in a hybrid setup, coming onsite two days a week in downtown DC
