Job Summary
Product Manager is responsible for executing digital product line initiatives throughout the product lifecycle The Digital Product Manager will work with Marketing Sales and IT to plan, organize and drive the implementation of select digital marketing projects. Their main duties include product management of initiatives, coordinating production releases and roll-outs, delegating and implementing tasks and testing criteria to ensure technical marketing projects achieve the desired outcome, on-time and within budget. The Product Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects and day-to-day management and smooth operation of various digital projects being driven by Latham’s Marketing department.
Some of What You Will Do:
Works in collaboration with Marketing and SLT/ELT to carry out digital product initiatives to support strategic corporate objectives in Sales and Marketing departments
Partner with IT and technical team to ensure alignment and agreed upon methodologies are met
Provide end-to-end project management
Scope product requirements and prepare budget
Develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress
Collaborate with internal teams to implement digital products
Assign delivering projects on time ensuring quality standards are met
Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks
Test and highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
Maintaining project timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reports
Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities
Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence
Conducting risk assessments for projects
Organizing meetings to discuss project goals and progress
Defines and manages testing criteria on non-IT essential roles and responsibilities
Perform other duties as assigned
What You Bring to the Table: (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent required
3+ years of IT or project management work experience
Able to work independently and part of a team
Project management and leadership skills for managing projects and the teams involved with them
Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and management and explain technical issues
Analytical and problem-solving skills to handle any issues that occur during project completion
Organization and time management skills to keep projects on track and within budget
Technical background, with experience working with Finance, IT, Sales and Marketing
Excellent resource planning and task scheduling skills
10-15% travel required to support initiatives and events

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across US geographic markets. Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
Bonus: MIB tier 4 - 7.5% of base pay
