You'll be instrumental in staff scheduling, ensuring safety protocols are followed, managing supplies, and keeping our essential equipment running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and maintain high standards of cleanliness in all casino operations, corporate areas, outside venues, and back-of-house areas. 
  • Ensure the productivity of EVS personnel and provide feedback on how to improve standards. 
  • Create and oversee staff schedules to ensure proper coverage and routine cleaning of all areas. 
  • Ensure staff is following all safety guidelines, including those for chemical usage and physical hazards. 
  • Identify areas that require attention and assemble teams to complete specific cleaning tasks. 
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, process requisitions, and oversee the maintenance of EVS equipment. 
  • Troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on EVS equipment (e.g., vacuums, scrubbers). 
  • Coordinate maintenance repairs with the facilities team. 
  • Assist guests by answering questions and providing directions on the property. 

 

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and two years of related experience, including six months of leadership experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • Must have knowledge of cleaning and maintaining various types of flooring, including VCT tile, marble, and carpet. 
  • Must have basic computer skills. 
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license. 
  • Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
