What are the Key Competencies required?

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.

  • Proactive mindset with ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving regulatory environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead preparation and review of financial statements under Ind AS and IFRS for mutual funds

  • Ensure compliance with SEBI, Income Tax Act, GST and other applicable regulations

  • Oversight of NAV computation, regulatory/ internal reportings and valuation of securities

  • Oversee statutory & internal audits, regulatory inspections and ensure smooth closure of audit findings

  • Liaise with fund administrators, custodians, tax consultants and external stakeholders.

  • Ensure timely and accurate computation, review and filing of all tax returns (Income Tax, GST, withholding taxes, etc.)

  • Liaise with tax consultants, auditors and regulators on tax assessments and notices

  • Track and implement changes in direct tax and indirect tax

  • Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a problem-solving and ownership-driven culture

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams

  • Drive automation, digitization, and process improvement projects to enhance efficiency and accuracy

What ideal qualifications, skills & experience would help someone to be successful?

  • CA with 8–12 years of relevant experience

  • Strong technical expertise in Ind AS, IFRS, SEBI Mutual Fund Regulations and taxation.

  • Hands-on experience in implementing accounting / reporting automation preferred.

Work Shift Timings - 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM IST
