THE ROLE
We are looking for an outbound sales lead to launch and scale our outbound sales efforts. In this role, will be responsible for designing, launching, and scaling a repeatable outbound sales strategy to drive new business growth. This is a critical leadership role that combines strategic planning, hands-on execution, and cross functional partnership. You will work closely with the leadership team to identify target markets, refine messaging, generate pipeline, and close new accounts, guiding how we effectively find new prospective clients and persuade them to choose us. You will leverage your existing rolodex of relationships, and drive high quality conversations quickly and efficiently. You will work closely with our marketing team on collateral, case studies, and other content initiatives. This is both a strategic and hands-on role that is perfect for someone with depth in sales and go-to-market team leadership, with a keen focus on building and scaling best in class revenue teams.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership
Build and scale the outbound sales strategy for our marketing services, including our talent marketplace and each of our business units.
Develop and manage a pipeline of high-value target accounts.
Test and scale repeatable playbooks that drive predictable pipeline and outcomes.
Define and refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and outbound playbook.
Partner with marketing and client services leadership to align messaging and offerings.
Execution & Pipeline Development
Define and drive outreach campaigns using multi-channel approaches (e.g email, phone, LinkedIn, etc).
Secure high-quality prospect meetings and effectively move opportunities through the sales funnel.
Build relationships with decision-makers at target companies and nurture those relationships long term.
Own forecasting, reporting, and outbound performance metrics in partnership with leadership/finance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Marketing on lead generation, demand creation, and sales enablement.
Partner with Project Strategy and delivery teams to ensure seamless handoffs and maximize lifetime client value.
Provide structured feedback loops to Marketing, Ops, and Leadership on client/prospect needs.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
A rolodex of CEOs, CMOs, and VPs of Marketing that gets us in the room with valuable prospects in the first 60 days.
Proven track record of building and scaling outbound sales teams.
Strong understanding of digital marketing and consulting.
Demonstrated success generating pipeline and closing enterprise or mid-market accounts.
Data-driven mindset with strong operational and process discipline.
Ability to design and implement repeatable frameworks, processes, and KPIs that drive accountability.
Comfort operating in a fast-moving, high-growth, and entrepreneurial environment.
Proficiency with CRM and prospecting tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn, Clay).
What Success Looks Like
30 days: You’ve established a sufficient understanding of the business, our customers, and our value prop. You've established a clear outline of strategy, and aligned with leadership on top-line goals.
60 days: You are actively scaling our outbound strategy and showing traction in qualified conversations and opportunities.
90 days+: You’ve established a high-functioning program, with clear alignment internally and traction with the pipeline is growing predictably toward ambitious revenue targets.
